- Data Collection: Use financal, operational and on-site data collection strategies to collate an encompassing view of the buisness.

- Process Mapping: Create understanding around how processes currently function and where efficiencies can be found to maximise operation potential.

- Data Cleaning & Visualisation: With data collected, use computer software to strip and clean data sets to gain insights that are visualised for easier understanding.
- Business Reports: Summarise findings, present opportunities and map how to utilise those opportunities.
